In this project seeks to establish a greater number of connections possible urban development and public spaces, for this proposed decks of the building as public space and more power meeting places and viewpoints towards the city

The site is presented as a lookout and green rather than connections to the bottom and the upper area of the district, rather than sporting activities for the community. This project is organized by existing roads and creating places with shade on the deck of the library, this allows greater connectivity and more activities with trails and lookout This project seeks to integrate with the environment and thus to enhance rehabilitation, to be a milestone for the city
